All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

We process orders within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are shipped between Mondays to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays.

Any orders returned to us due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged.

We hope you love your OYIN X FAB order, but if something isn't quite the right, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

☆ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
☆ Free from stains, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume
☆ Security tags intact
☆ Returned in original condition and packaging.

Any item that does not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Customs clearance may affect delivery times and is beyond our control.

Any delivery issues must be reported to us within 10 days of dispatch. We may be unable to investigate for issues reported after this timeframe.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are set by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note customs policies and fees vary by country.

If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to treat the order as non-refundable.
